Table and Door Eco Christmas Decoration Workshop 

Join Suzy at Forge Coffee for a morning of creating.  As well as showing you how to make a willow door wreath you’ll also make a vintage inspired table decoration using willow, dried flowers, feathers, hedgerow greenery and other interesting seed heads.  We nestle this fully biodegradable decoration on a vintage plate and place a candle in the middle. There will be a choice of vintage plates and different coloured pillar candles to suit all tastes.

Come along and create your own autumn vintage planter in this unique setting. Suzy will show you how to plant up a beautiful vintage ceramic bowl using British grown seasonal plants and finish it off with moss. You will be able to choose from a wide selection of vintage ware specially sourced for the event. The log burner will be going and autumnal nibbles and beverages provided. Come and get cosy and creative leaving with a planter to be enjoyed for the winter months to come.

Exhibition of Women's Work

Williamscot-based artists Julie Herd and Miranda La Mutanta, who collaborate as “Inklings”, will be exhibiting their “Women’s Work”, a show of twenty-five drawings. The drawings are inspired by one hundred years of women in their varied roles in the world of art, music, politics, sport and science since the start of women’s suffrage in 1918.

The collection is supported by a range of practical workshops and is ideal for talks. Julie is a qualified teacher and Miranda is a community arts leader with experience of running workshops to a range of participants and ages.

Pop Hosts Mini Rockers

Join POP for their monthly music session led by musical children's entertainer Jemma Hibberd.

Easter Pottery Painting

Come along for Bridget’s fun class and paint an egg cup and salad plate for Easter. Cost will be £15 and that includes the pottery, paint, brushes, lots of ideas and a hot chocolate. This is suitable for school aged children. If you would also like me to take hand and/or footprints of the smaller ones then that is not a problem.
